Beautifully landscaped outdoor areas enhanced our stay.

The indoor pool was uncomfortably cold during our visit, and accessing it from our secondary room was quite a challenge due to poor lighting at night. the food options at the buffet were quite limited, and the bar services only operated during specific hours, making it difficult to enjoy drinks outside those times. I also experienced issues with the internet connectivity, which was frustrating during my stay.

Had a cracking time here! The big, warm apartment was spot on, and the food was proper good, especially the dinner options. Only bit of bother was the sometimes noisy lobby, but the nice spa facilities made up for it! Would defo come back, like.

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and warm, offering breathtaking mountain views. Staff were incredibly friendly, ensuring that every request was met with a smile. We particularly enjoyed the delicious variety of food at breakfast.

Unfortunately, the facilities felt a bit overcrowded during peak hours, particularly the spa and pool. The shuttle service was limited, only running twice in the morning, making it difficult for those wanting to explore Bansko freely.

The children's club provided great entertainment and facilities for kids. the food options were often limited and repetitive.

the view from our one-bedroom apartment was amazin, with the beautiful mountain scenery. the staff were super friendly and always helpful, makin us feel welcome. we loved the breakfast options, especially the fresh pancakes they made right in front of you. the pool area was nice, and it was really chillin to have a dip after a day out. overall, the apartment was spacious and comfy for our family stay.

the apartment was quite cold and we only had a tiny heater that barely warmed it up. also, we had trouble with the TV not working properly until someone fixed it the next day.

Spacious and Warm Apartment

Our stay in a one-bedroom apartment was delightful, with a spacious setup and a big balcony that offered a fantastic view. The warmth of the room was impressive, especially since we didn't need to keep the radiator on. Breakfast featured freshly made pancakes, and the chef really made them a treat! I found the access to the spa facilities could use some improvement, as they felt quite crowded during peak times.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The location was peaceful, just a short drive from Bansko, making it convenient for excursions. Breakfast was pretty solid, especially if you get there early.

Guests particularly enjoyed how the children's club offered various entertaining activities, which was a great plus.
